一、 崗位職責(zé) 1、 招投標(biāo)工作 a) 負(fù)責(zé)各省市交易平臺(tái)備案及CA鎖、電子印章等執(zhí)行及管理工作; b) 資格預(yù)審、商務(wù)標(biāo)書制作、投標(biāo)、開標(biāo)等基本商務(wù)文件的擬寫。協(xié)助市場總監(jiān)、市場經(jīng)理進(jìn)行基本商務(wù)文件的擬寫,提高文件的正確性及準(zhǔn)確性; c) 合同確認(rèn)后的內(nèi)部流轉(zhuǎn)工作; 2、 項(xiàng)目輔助工作 a) 建立現(xiàn)行項(xiàng)目運(yùn)作登記以保證公司內(nèi)部項(xiàng)目運(yùn)作的有序清晰; b) 負(fù)責(zé)市場部對(duì)外發(fā)出的文件進(jìn)行歸類存檔,隨時(shí)掌握設(shè)計(jì)過程中發(fā)生的變化的查閱; c) 負(fù)責(zé)公司市場部合同流轉(zhuǎn)、登記、編號(hào)及歸檔工作; d) 負(fù)責(zé)公司落實(shí)和根據(jù)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行中各階段的審批流程類工作; e) 負(fù)責(zé)公司技術(shù)章管理工作; 3、 市場部輔助工作 a) 負(fù)責(zé)市場部內(nèi)勤工作:包含但不限于考勤、快遞、報(bào)銷、市場經(jīng)理開票協(xié)助、圖文制作費(fèi)協(xié)助、市場部活動(dòng)組織等工作;
